Terms of use

Last updated: 15 October 2026

1. The service

events.fabricai.es is operated by FabricAI (see the Legal notice). It gives signed-in users an archive of coded events, pages to explore it, a search and, where enabled, a data API.

2. Accounts

Accounts are personal and are created by the administrator. Keep your password and API tokens secret; you are responsible for activity under your account. The administrator can suspend an account that breaks these terms.

3. Content generated by artificial intelligence

Events are extracted and coded automatically by language models from news reports; the answers of the Search page are written by a language model from the events found. They can be wrong or incomplete. Check important facts against the original reports before relying on them.

4. Permitted use

You may consult the archive and, if your account is enabled for it, use the data API for research, analysis, journalism and monitoring. Unless agreed in writing, you may not resell the data, publish the dataset or substantial parts of it, use it to identify, profile or target individuals, or disrupt the service (automated access beyond the data API, attempts to bypass access controls).

5. Citation

When you publish results based on the archive, cite it as "Events archive, FabricAI, events.fabricai.es" with the date of access.

6. Availability and liability

The service is provided as it is, without guarantee of completeness, accuracy or availability. FabricAI is not liable for losses arising from its use, except where the law does not allow this limitation.

7. Changes and law

These terms may change; the current version is always on this page. They are governed by Spanish law.
